Join us on a professional development journey to London, a city renowned for its academic excellence and innovative education system. This meticulously planned Study Tour is designed to empower educators, providing a transformative opportunity to enhance your teaching practice, broaden your perspectives, and connect with fellow educators from around the globe in one of the world’s most diverse and culturally vibrant cities. You will learn about the UK education system while making new friends with London and Australian teachers.

This tour is designed for a lot of fun and a little work (just enough to hit the tax-deductible requirements*) Travel with fellow educators knowing they are like-minded and ready for an adventure, just like you! London’s diverse culture and environment play a key role in shaping its education system. We will be immersing ourselves into their culture through pub tours, museum visits and maybe a spot of shopping at Harrods.

Tours for Teachers promotes partnerships between educators and schools. We provide an inclusive study tour designed for K -12 educators.

The London trip offers participants the opportunity to become familiar with the London education system and the factors influencing its success. In addition, the program includes visits to London schools and educational institutions covering grades K-12, providing visitors an overview of the London education system, London society and culture, and offers an up-close and personal view of daily life in the London classroom. You will also create new educational partnerships that enhance teaching and learning, build on teaching practice by learning from each other, and have an opportunity to acquire many new skills, resources and ideas.

The tour begins and ends in London. Please ensure you are checked into the hotel by 4pm on Saturday 4th July.
Please note this is a brief itinerary and guide only, a more detailed itinerary will be emailed to you closer to departure. Lots of spontaneous group activities transpire along the way like Broadway Shows, Pub Dinners or shopping expeditions to Harrods.
Everything is encouraged but nothing is compulsory!
