Terms & Conditions

The agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned participant and Tours for Teachers. The participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions, which shall govern their participation in the booked tour:

Non-Refundable Deposit:
Participant acknowledges and expressly agrees that the $200 deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Schedule:
Participant agrees to adhere to the designated payment schedule to secure their position on the tour. Failure to make payments may result in the termination of their position on the tour.
Participant may, at their discretion, make lump sum payments before the scheduled dates.

Refund Policy:
Participant understands and agrees that a 50% refund (minus the $200 deposit) is available up until 60 days before the scheduled departure date.
After the 60-day threshold, the tour becomes entirely non-refundable.

Travel Insurance:
Participant acknowledges the mandatory requirement for Travel Insurance.
Participant agrees to present valid Travel Insurance documentation as proof before departure.
It is strongly advised that Participant procures Travel Insurance at the time of their initial payment to account for unforeseen life events.

Liability:
Participant acknowledges that Tours for Teachers shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay, or failure to join the tour resulting from circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
